Hi, I’m Katie!
 

I created Savage Over 60 from my own experience—what I’ve lived, what I’ve learned, and what I know is possible when we continue to challenge ourselves in meaningful ways.
 

I chose these four pillars—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual—because true strength isn’t just about the body. It’s about how we think, how we handle discomfort, how we stay connected, and how we continue to grow.
 

These pillars have shaped my own journey, and they’re the foundation of everything we do here.
 

Through my commitment to health and challenge, I’ve seen how powerful it is to care for your body while also pushing your limits and staying grounded in purpose.

I love community, and I love seeing people realize they are capable of more than they thought.
 

Savage Over 60 is a space for that—to support, challenge, and inspire you wherever you are in your journey.
